Let me tell you about their amazing Signature Sambal Pomfret Fish—it really is a show-stopper! This is a dish you really should try if you’ve been here before. Think of it as thick, spicy sambal chilli poured over crispy, deep-fried pomfret—it’s quite irresistible!

And those prawns! From the first bite, you could sense how fresh they were, perfectly poached. Juicy, sweet, and incredibly fulfilling. With that, they most certainly hit the mark.

Next, their delicious Prawn Paste Chicken with Fried Prawn Roll is a must-try item on the menu! The chicken had an abundance of flavour and was succulent and crunchy.

The extra benefit? You can enjoy their buffet in a cosy, air-conditioned restaurant—pure joy eating to my heart’s desire!

Buffet experience

Yes, it was a pleasure to have that hot pot experience! We decided on the herbal chicken soup and mala soup, which had the ideal balance of flavours to go well with the foods we selected.

And that hot fried chicken, wow, it was really good! Just be aware that you have to be cautious about it because it contains bones. While the pork and beef were good, the chicken was the star of the show. The veggies turned out to be the true heroes in this case!

The ability to choose smaller portions was what I really liked. We were able to try a greater range of items, which turned the entire dinner into an adventure.

The staff was very polite and helpful. They even expressed regret for the small wait in processing our order because of the high demand.

You should definitely try their spicy chicken and hot pot—they’re both delicious!

Buffet experience

Oh, my goodness, that dim sum buffet was really unique! Imagine a delicious assortment of dim sum options for a weekend lunch, with 18 dishes per table! Particularly with meals like the unagi crispy rice sushi, wasabi prawns, bird nest soup, and that hearty porridge, the taste was quite fulfilling.

However, I have to say that despite being a hallmark item, the bkt Xiao long bao fell short of expectations.

With a gorgeous Tiffany blue colour scheme, the environment was even more charming than it had already been in real life.

I had an amazing afternoon, enhanced by delicious food, a lovely setting, and excellent service.

The main courses also delighted me; the stir-fried beef, crystal prawns, and Ee Fu noodles were especially good. The staff was extremely helpful and kind and the location is clean and comfortable.

Personal favourites? The fried carrot cake, long beans, fried rice, and char siew bun are definitely my favourites. This place is well worth a visit!
